Every tram line checked in one window -- stops, track and wires -- and fixed in a click. Turning a bus line into trams? Plan it, lay the track, buy enough trams, retire the buses.
Every tram line on your map checked in one window: are the stops on the tram lane, is the track joined up, are the wires there? Fix what’s wrong with a click — or fly straight to it.
Trams are the fiddliest thing in the game to set up. You lay the track, place the stops, buy the trams — and they sit in the depot, turn round halfway, or drive a lap of the town to reach a stop across the street. Tram Doctor follows every line the way a tram drives it, tells you what’s wrong in plain words, and fixes what it can.

Mod developer’s tip: save before the big ones — laying track along a whole route or retiring a bus line changes a lot at once.
Germany is PYT's biggest supporter; here is the short version in German.
Danke, Deutschland!
1.0.3 — THE RIGHT TOOL
The grey road tool button looked like a button and acted like a sticker. Now it does something: it flies you to the road piece the doctor can't fix itself and tells you what to build there — click again for the next piece. And Tram Doctor on its own now has its PYT — Settings (language, the PYT button fade).
